Ahead of its launch, it has announced the Soiree Gastronomique menus that will be available to consumers on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. These events will comprise six courses and among the specialities set to be served up in March are pan-fried scallops with ratatouille and lemon, fillet of Atlantic cod wrapped in Bayonne ham and Burgundian ham hock terrine with parsley.
